Your tasks:
Design, development and documentation of sophisticated applications in classic C or C++.
Your requirements:
Degree in computer science, mathematics or natural sciences or training in
computer science (application development) or comparable qualification
several years of professional experience
good knowledge and practical experience in programming in C
structured, independent and careful way of working, fast comprehension, willingness and ability to work in a team
Advantageous, but not a basic requirement:
Contact with IBM System z or IBM System i
experience with Db2 or Rexx
Your tasks:
Lead a small team of support specialists to successfully operate and sell the UBS Hainer product portfolio.
Support of new and existing customers in technical matters
Support of PoCs, with support from the development department
Your requirements:
successfully completed training in the IT field
several years of work experience in technical support
confident oral and written communication in German and English
You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and recognize critical project situations at an early stage.
You have a quick grasp and enjoy familiarizing yourself with complex topics.
Advantageous, but not a prerequisite:
Experience with Scrum/Agile software development
Your tasks:
Support of our Linux and Windows systems, as well as our network and database infrastructure.
Hardware/software installation and configuration
Data security/backup
Analysis and troubleshooting, if necessary in cooperation with external service providers
Maintenance of related documentation and user training
Your requirements:
successfully completed training as an IT system administrator, IT specialist or similar
several years of professional experience
structured, independent and careful way of working, fast comprehension, high service orientation and strong organizational skills

Your profile:
University or technical college degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable education or professional experience.
Several years of experience in Java (alternatively C# or C++)
SQL – preferably under Unix
knowledge of DB2, Oracle, SQL-Server advantageous
agile development (Scrum)
Your tasks:
Creation of user manuals and other customer documentation for software products in English in close cooperation with the R&D, Engineering and Product Management departments
Target group and application-oriented structuring of the documentation, development of a new structuring concept
Continuous optimization and adaptation of existing documentation
Support for the modular structuring of the CMS
Translation management of the created manuals
Your profile:
University degree or comparable technical education with professional experience in technical documentation/editing
Experience in the independent creation of software documentation
Ideally CMS knowledge (Schema ST4)
Confident handling of the MS Office package
Confident editorial and linguistic proofreading of German and English texts
Very good knowledge of German and English
